About · Texas LLC since 2010
Built in Texas. Owned by one person. Trusted by teams worldwide.
DevBatch has been a Texas LLC since 2010. Sixteen years. Three active enterprise engagements right now: an IPO'd hospital group in Saudi Arabia, an AI/ML SaaS in California, and a returning Dallas-based tech client.
Founder
Waqas Khan Pitafi · CEO and sole owner.
DevBatch was incorporated in Texas in 2010. I've been the only owner since day one. When you sign with DevBatch you sign with the person who picks up the phone. That is the entire pitch.
Where we come from
Texas-anchored. Time-zone covered. Bench distributed.
What we believe
Six operating principles. Sixteen years of pressure-testing.
Senior over junior, always
The bench has no juniors. The vet bar is would I let this person commit unsupervised on day one. This is the difference Tier 1 buyers feel inside a sprint.
Outcomes over hours
We bill by time but we are accountable to ship. The Saudi hospital-group AMC is the cleanest expression of this — the contract is multi-year because the product is multi-year.
Direct communication
No account managers between the engineer and the buyer. The buyer talks to the engineer who is shipping the work. The CEO is reachable.
US-entity discipline
Texas LLC since 2010. W-9 ready. DPA available. NDA standard. IP transfer terms on commit. The boring stuff is solved before the call starts.
The deals we don't take
Magento (any). Pure project work without retainer or expansion path. First-time founders. Anti-ICP discipline is a feature, not a constraint.
Compliance posture
HIPAA-aware engineering for healthcare engagements. KSA NDMO and UAE TDRA awareness for GCC. TEFCA-ready for US healthcare RFP work in 2026-2027.
Stats
Sixteen years of compounding.

Waqas takes the discovery call himself. 30 minutes. No deck. He'll tell you on the call if we're the right fit.
