Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 27, 2026

DevBatch LLC ("DevBatch," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have. It applies to https://devbatch.com and to engagements with our customers and prospects.

1. Who we are

DevBatch LLC is a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Our principal place of business is 16520 Westgrove Dr, Addison, TX 75001, USA.

For privacy questions, contact inquiry@devbatch.com.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us directly

  • Contact form: name, work email, company, phone (optional), purpose of inquiry, budget range (optional), timeline (optional), and the message you write.
  • Healthcare intake form: the fields above, plus country, your role, engagement type, and which compliance frameworks you need us to work under (for example HIPAA or TEFCA). We ask which frameworks apply — never patient data. Please do not send protected health information through this form.
  • Careers application: name, email, phone (optional), the role you are applying for, your location or time zone, your LinkedIn URL (optional), a link to your resume (optional), and your message. Applications go to our hiring inbox only — they are never added to our sales CRM.
  • Email and phone: when you contact us at inquiry@devbatch.com or +1 (510) 565-5589, we receive whatever you choose to share.
  • Engagement details: if we begin work together, we collect what our SOW or MSA requires (typically billing details, signatory info, and project scope).

Information we collect automatically

  • Usage and technical data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referrer, and approximate location (country/region), collected through our hosting provider (Cloudflare) and analytics providers.
  • Cookies: we use a small number of strictly-necessary cookies and (with your consent in the EU/UK) analytics cookies. See Section 7 for details.

3. How we use your information

  • To respond to your inquiry and propose a discovery call
  • To provide and operate the services we agree to deliver
  • To send you transactional messages (proposals, contracts, project updates)
  • To improve our website and understand which pages prospects find useful
  • To prevent fraud, spam, and abuse
  • To comply with our legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use it to train AI models. We do not place your information into advertising audience pools.

4. Legal bases (for visitors in the EU/UK)

  • Consent — for analytics cookies and any optional marketing communications.
  • Legitimate interest — for responding to your inquiries, improving the website, and preventing abuse.
  • Contract — for delivering services we agree to perform.
  • Legal obligation — where required by law (tax, accounting, etc.).

5. Sub-processors and service providers

We use the following service providers, each of which receives a limited subset of your information for the purpose described:

  • Cloudflare, Inc. — hosting, CDN, DDoS protection, basic web analytics, and bot prevention on our forms via Cloudflare Turnstile.
  • HubSpot, Inc. — CRM for tracking business inquiries and engagements. Careers applications are excluded and never reach it.
  • Resend, Inc. — transactional email (auto-replies, notifications).
  • Google LLC (Google Analytics 4) — website analytics, with IP anonymization enabled. Loaded only after consent in EU/UK regions.
  • Calendly, LLC — when you book a call via our Calendly link.

Each provider operates under its own privacy terms and Data Processing Agreement. A current Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available on request from inquiry@devbatch.com.

6. International transfers

DevBatch is a US-based company. Some of our service providers process data in the United States or other countries. Where required, transfers from the EU/UK are made under the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or equivalent safeguards.

7. Cookies

We use a minimal set of cookies. Strictly-necessary cookies are required for the site to function and do not require consent. Analytics cookies are loaded only after you consent (where required). You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing cookies in your browser.

8. Data retention

We retain contact and healthcare form submissions and CRM records for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and (where you become a customer) for the life of the engagement plus any period required by tax, accounting, or contractual obligation. Careers applications are retained in our hiring inbox for as long as needed to assess your application and to consider you for future roles; ask us at any time to delete yours.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information; to object to or restrict processing; or to withdraw consent. California residents have specific rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know, delete, and opt out of sale (we do not sell personal information). To exercise any of these rights, email inquiry@devbatch.com. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.

10. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and vendor due diligence. No internet transmission or storage system is 100% secure; we will notify you and the appropriate authorities of any breach as required by law.

11. Children

The website is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be notified by a banner on the website or by email to active customers.
