Questions we get a lot

How fast can you start?
Most engagements begin within 7 to 10 business days from signed SOW. Faster on common stacks (React, Node, Python). Slower if you need a niche skill like Rust systems work or a specific compliance posture.
Where are your engineers based?
Across multiple countries. We match engineers to your time zone needs, not the other way around. Default is at least four hours of overlap with US business hours.
Are these your employees or 1099 contractors?
Our employees, not 1099s. You contract with DevBatch LLC (a Texas entity). Engineers are paid by us, on our payroll, with our benefits. You get one US-based vendor relationship and one invoice.
Can we hire them directly?
Yes, after 90 days, with a conversion fee that scales down the longer the engagement runs. We make the path easy because retention beats churn.
What if the engineer is not a fit?
Replacement inside the first 30 days at no charge. After that we work with you on a structured transition. We do not bill you to fix our mismatch.
